The Beach...California Style

When we went to TX, I took some pics of us at the beach in our shorts and short-sleeved shirts with the sun beaming down on us as we tried to protect ourselves with our sunglasses and hats...(see previous post)...

Well, we went to the beach a few days ago, and this was the scene...foggy with no sun, and we wore jackets and hats. We even had to set our blanket behind a sand dune so that the cold air would not blow us away!

Of course, what trip to Marin would be complete without a Headlands pic of the GGBridge? And as soon as Will saw the tunnel up there, we had to check that out too.

So the whole purpose of this trip was to "have church." Sounds pretty California-like huh? Well, we have had a really hard time finding a church we like in Napa, so we decided to give having family worship a try for a few weeks. It has been great, but we know that we need to have fellowship with other believers as well. Therefore, we plan to try out some churches again and pray that God will lead us to commit to one. Hopefully, we will continue to have family worship on our own time, though, b/c it really brings us together spiritually. God is good and so faithful, too!! Please pray as we seek His face on where we should worship!
