Memphis

The Crows spent last week in Memphis, TN. My dad, mom, sister, and nieces live there. It was fun to see the fam again. We ate, and ate, and ate, but thankfully it did not affect my weight loss at all. It was incredibly hot there, so we did alot of hanging out inside...chatting and playing cards. I had forgotten what a summer in the South felt like. I definitely prefer California during the "dog days!" It's only 78 or so here! Friday night Papa watched Will so Jeremy and I could go on a date. We went to see Batman and get some ice cream at Sonic...mmmmm!!!! Saturday was "girl day." My sister and I went to get pedicures, have lunch, and walk the mall together. That was fun and much needed; living on opposite coasts doesn't allow us to spend much time together. On Sunday, we went to church with my dad. It was neat to attend a big church again. All in all, it was a good time. Will did pretty good for his first time in a plane, too!!! He loved looking out the window and making cute faces for the people sitting around us. It was really hard for him to sit still. Next time, we might look into getting him a seat!! Here's a cute video of Will playing with a balloon. We ate at a yummy deli called McAllisters...
